My air pump in my tank broke and I moved them, both females, to a tank with a single male until I can get a new air pump. The male keeps chasing them around the tank. Would it be a good idea to keep them in there until I get a new pump( in two days) or would they be able to survive without the air pump for a couple days?
Thanks

Just set up a 46 gallon fresh water community fishtank and am curious about adding an air pump and a bubble wand. Does this have any benefit to the tank? Can there be too much bubble? Does this help my setup at all, excluding the aesthetic factor?

I have two glo fish in a one gallon tank. I bought it as a kit and it came with an undergravel filter and air pump. I understand the cleaning purpose of the air pump, but do my fish need it to run constantly to breathe or can I turn it off at night? Thanks!
